Concert Men and Women - The two Monterey concert choirs are designed to introduce students to singing at the high-school level. Enrollment includes freshman with some singing experience and upper-classmen who are new to singing. An emphasis on fundamentals including music literacy and proper singing tone lay the groundwork for students to achieve the musical independence and ability critical for advancement to other ensembles. These choirs may have a few after-school rehearsals throughout the year.
